What is Self-Regulated Learning (SRL)?
According to panelist, Dawn Buzza, self-regulated learning is when students develop effective strategies and behaviours that will enable them to manage their academic work, manage their emotions and their motivational responses related to school work. Research in education found that students who self-regulate use their abilities and surroundings to reach their goals and achievement
